Our care services are mainly for adults and the elderly but we also support any vulnerable younger adults who needs our services. The following are the core areas of our services

This will involve supporting with personal hygiene and continence care. Emotional support for palliative service users. Assist with daily housekeeping duties like laundry, hoovering, cleaning, and shopping as required by the care plan. We also assist in prompting medication and in meal preparation. These visits can be short term and hour to hour basis as required by the service user's care plan.

We are aware some service users have health related appointments and EntraCare has the personnel to assist them attend these appointments. There are occasions where the service users attend weekly social or religious meetings, we are happy to accompany them too to such meeting to provide the needed support, hence encouraging their independence and continuous integration into the local community.

Our live-in care provides 24hours round-the-clock care by a qualified and dedicated carer who lives with the service user in their homes offering a caring hand in meeting their care needs. These would include personal care (toileting, bathing, changing clothes, personal/oral hygiene maintaining their privacy and dignity), Companionship, Household chores, going out in the community, preparing meal and prompting medication including some intricate care such as catheter and stoma management.

Entra Care is aware of the need and the shortage of qualified and available carers within the care sector, and we have positioned ourselves to meet this need for other care organisations who would need carers to meet their staff capacity to provide a safe and efficient care service to their service user. EntraCare has a bank of very qualified, experienced and DBS checked personnel who can be called upon at any time of the day to meet your business needs.
