Therefore, we are a close-knit group where everyone feels supported and there is a great deal of team work to achieve our common goal.  We make the extra effort to ensure our service user feel this caring nature of the organisation. For us, we know Caring is Loving.

We understand the importance of taking responsibility for our actions or work therefore, every worker of EntraCare strive to deliver what we promise and assure both the company and the service user that they take ownership of their work and not afraid to learn, receive feedback to improve their performance. This makes us take the safety and well-being of our service user as the number one priority. 

 We respect our differences and value everyone’s role in the organisation. This is also evident in the way we carry out our work and how we relate with our service user and their families. For us, we treat others how we did expect to be treated ourselves.
